Upon payment, you agree to comply with these terms:

All my commission progress will be shared through my social media as post and videos to use in my portfolio, you can ask to be Private until is finished or NDA

Private until is finished will have a duration of one week after commission is finished, after this, the work can be shown through my social media, this can be extended if asked by customers, fee may apply

NDA will not be promoted trough any social media under any circumstance, but it can be added to my personal portfolio one week after your debut.

I am not responsible for issues that come when using my work in other apps that were not intended in the creation of the model.

You cannot take parts from it for other models, use it for AI training nor use it for NFTs

I have the right to refuse service at any time

For full 3D characters payments are 50% before starting the model and 50% after finishing the model.

For props, outfits and other related things that are not full 3D characters the amount of payment to start the commission will vary on each project and it will be talked with the customer before moving forward

I'll deliver the files AFTER I've received all the payment. Only screenshots and videos will be sent before the final payment is done.

A chargeback without consent will result in blacklisting and termination of service. You will also forfeit rights to the model, and I may repurpose it (edit, retexture, etc.) and resell the model or its parts.

In case of cancellation from YOUR side, I do get to keep the initial 50% payment.

In case cancellation happens from ME, you will be refunded all the money, and you'll get the work I was able to get done.

I do not issue refunds based on your dissatisfaction after you've paid and approved of the model. Giving me feedback is your responsibility.

I'll follow completely your references, please make sure the references are to your liking before submitting it.

Smaller revisions are always ok! I'll update the work that has been done weekly or when enough progress has been made.

I'll always ask for your approval to move to the next phase of the work (modeling, rigging, texturing, setup) however, if the client does not respond after 2 days, I'll be moving on to the next phase.

If a bigger revision is required, extra cost may apply. (For example: re-modelling or re texturing certain areas).

After delivering the files you have one week of free adjustments/bug fixes of the model, only use this for minor things since adjusting something previously approved will be considered a bigger revision

Full characters 3D models take approximately 1 to 2 months; however, this is an estimate, and a complex model may result in a longer time.

Files will be delivered through a Google Drive link; this Drive could be deleted in 6 months after the commission is completed, making a copy of this drive in your own device is recommended.

You have full ownership of the model for personal use.

You do not own the rights to redistribution. If you want to sell the model in any way, if you're receiving directly income from my work or you have plans to use the model with a brand, contact me for further arrangements.

Clients must not take credit for the model and provide proper credit (the credits must be easy to find), regardless of modifications. If modified, please make this clear.

I keep the rights to use commissioned work for my own promotional or portfolio purposes.

You can directly contact me during your commission, I will share WIPs for your feedback.

You are expected to provide detailed, clear, and timely communication throughout the project. Delays in feedback or changes midway resulting from client communication issues are your responsibility.
